Nolaon Industries acquired the HONOR companies in July 2026.

HONOR Piëteitstechniek, HONOR Safety & Consultancy and HONOR AdventureTech are three specialised manufacturers based in Almere that have been developing, producing, certifying and selling worldwide since 1948: cemetery equipment, personal protective equipment, and safety devices for climbing and adventure parks. The third-generation owner sold the group to Nolaon Industries and stays on as an adviser through the transition. Names, brands and teams remain unchanged.

BrainTrainerPlus

Nolaon Industries acquired BrainTrainerPlus in June 2025.

The owner started BrainTrainerPlus in 2004 while caring for his mother with dementia. The seller has since retired and found a forever home for the company through the transfer to Nolaon Industries. BrainTrainerPlus is a leading provider of cognitive stimulation tools for people with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Hago Electronics

Nolaon Industries acquired Hago Electronics in October 2023. The owner-entrepreneur had started the company 43 years earlier and sold the business to Nolaon Industries because of his wish to retire.

Hago Electronics is a supplier, manufacturer, importer and advisor in communication systems, with specialist expertise in wired intercom solutions.
